My app of the week: Instapaper
September 17, 2010
The simple bookmarking application, which saves webpages for reading later.
The app downloads a text-only version of each page directly from the iPhone’s Safari browser, using ideal formatting for maximum readability on the iPhone. Simple as that. So if you know your going to be in a wireless free zone soon because you hopping on the train to work, or don’t want to use your 3G up because like most people you don’t have an unlimited data plan, then use this app to save all the things you want to read at your leisure.
Also, you don’t need any light because of the iPhone screen light, and you can make the Instapaper background dark with white text that is much easier on the eyes.
